Dude you ever do that? It doesn't matter what day, what weather; if you hit that Museum you see people running those steps. You gotta do it if you visit Philly. You feel COMPELLED to.

Seriously though if this is it I'm ready to empty that DFK savings account lol!

Dude! As a kid my best friend and I saw all the Rocky movies in the theater... I fly up there every morning and run them. :D In the winter I run through the snow like in Rocky IV lmao!!!!

That really is funny that people do that, lol why not! I have only been to the Philly airport but I did get a great cheese steak.

These new ones are CPM154, I have some 3v to cut soon too. :D
 
The stairs are impressive. For the Dali exhibit they had one of his pictures done across the fronts of all the steps. When you stood infront of them at the bottom it was all pieced together. Brilliant!

Very cool! Dali is a favorite along with Escher, Waterhouse, Van Gogh and other excellent art dudes. :D
 
Talking movies is about like talking sports to me...I have no clue except for what I like. I was cruising through netflix the other night with the wife looking for someting other than a kids movie, and found Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels! The wife (surprisingly) had never even heard of it! Gotta love Jason Statham before he went all Bruce Lee. Great movie! Tried to get her to watch Apocolypse Now, but she wasn't up for that... o_0

Rocky.... eh, never got into them. I'm more into documentaries and history. I once watched 9 hours covering the history of the Samurai, in one sitting! Would do it again anyday!

So bored at work right now......

Documentaries can be excellent. I can waste hours watching Universe.

I have owned both of those movies and watched them a ton... Troma stuff is silly, not all good scenes but good for really bad movies if that makes sense!

Same with Rocky... even as a kid we found it over the top and really funny.

fast Times at Ridgemont High is another one I like... heck with movies there are tons.

yeah I like educational stuff....

I have done many Saturday nights as a cook, I hear you! Usually weekends were the busiest.



BTW if you like Lock, Stock... Snatch is a good one!
 
Snatch is an excellent movie! Also, Bank Job, another good Jason Statham movie. Funny, a close friend of mine is from the UK, she says that its actually pretty accurate how they depict gypsies! Her parents nd grandparents wuld always tell thm to be home before tea, because the gypsies were gonna take them if they were caught running the streets after dark.

I'm used to working weekends, I've worked retail management for so many years its just business as usual. Besides, its not like I have a life anyways, lol :p

Minor point of correction. Irish travellers. Not gypsies (romanies). Different ethnicities with different genes, traditions, and languages. They are commonly conflated (sometimes deliberately).

But still fun movies. :)
