Congratulations, my Maggie is a baker as well. It's not an easy job; takes a lot of skill and technique. And the hours aren't always great, but oh boy the first time she brought home a real croissant she made, I was sold.

Yep, this is her passion! She actually has an arts and science degree in baking/pastries and an arts degree in culinary. I used to love when she would bring her assignments home from school, plain croissants are my favorite! She even made me a pecan pie from scratch last year for my birthday, that's my favorite pie. She does cakes on the side for fun money, has for several years now.
