Knifeworks.com again proves why they are so trusted. A shipment from UPS was signed for 2 weeks ago by someone other than myself. The package was MIA. After a week of UPS jerking me & Knifeworks around Roger (owner) said to me on the phone. You have been waiting to long for this order and I’m not going to make you wait for UPS to resolve the issue. I’m sending you the order again TODAY and I’ll take care of the details with UPS. Rogers Angles had the order out that day as promised.

Order received today with free SHARKIE (COOL). This is not the first positive review on Roger & Knifeworks.com and won’t be the last.

I was lucky to get a Benchmade 615-2 Axis AO from Roger followed shortly by a 12800-801 M4 Gaucho. Great emails and customer service. I'm a big fan of Roger's KW.

Roger's service is excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough for international orders:thumbup::)

I bought an item a few months ago from Knifeworks and it came reasonably fast and as expected. I bought a second time recently and the knife was defective. The liner lock could not be unlocked by me with two hands. Even though I have pretty strong hands, the only way I could get it to unlock was to use a prybar.

I sent it back at my own expense, which was no problem, but Knifeworks kept my original shipping fee when they issued the refund. This isn't the normal policy at any mail order retailer I've ever dealt with. If an item is defective, the buyer pays return shipping and the seller eats the originally shipping cost.

If I had just changed my mind, I might have been okay with paying shipping both ways, but they sent me a bad knife.

I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore.
