Recently I've been looking at some spyderco knives on knifeworks.com and they sell them for pretty cheap. I've never purchased anything from this website and I was just looking for some feedback as to its legitimacy.
They have been excellent for me, even getting an engraving done supeer quick on a knife I needed to give my mother in law for her birthday. They are top notch.
Me too. Nothing but excellent service from them. One of the top three in my experience. I'd trust them enough to prepay for any knife I can afford, and will continue doing so until proven wrong as every deal has been perfect so far.
They are a very well respected and recommended dealer. This question actually gets asked quite often and could have been easily answered with a Bladeforums google search.
I was recently in the same boat as you ( and posted a question about online dealers in the wrong place as well...) and on the recommendation of fellow forum brothers I made my first purchase from Knifeworks last week and they were spectacular! Great price and I had my new knife in 2 days!
I've bought about a dozen knives form Roger. He is a really nice guy who understands the business. He is very clear and open about how he does business including his return policy. Great service + price point = a company that has earned my business. They are one of about five other companies I always do business with: KW, CRKS, KSF, BLG, MD, GPK etc.. (okay, 6 companies.)
I have bought five knives from them and all transactions have been very good. It is an actual store and Roger is the owner, call him if you have questions, nice guy to talk with. Fast shipping as well.
