I just recieved my SG2 Blur from www.knifeworks.com yesterday. I called them to make sure it was in stock, and they were very helpful. They got it shipped very quickly. Overall I am very happy with this experience.
 
I put an order there a couple hours ago, it included some engraving. Now I checked the status of my order and to my surprise it seems like everything is engraved and the package will be on its way on monday - that's great methinks. Dana@sales is usually very helpful and patient with me:) A big :thumbup: from me
 
+1 for knifeworks. I've ordered three times from them already, it was always a very positive experience. Both Dana and Roger were helpful and quick to help. Moreover, they understand how to ship to Europe - I'll definetely order from them again. Heck, my wishlist there is over 1000 USD and that does not even include the Sebbies.... :)

I've dealt with Knifeworks for quite some time now (back when they were Bayou Lafourche), and have always had excellent service from them.:thumbup:
 
I'll kick this one back to the top adding that I placed an order with them on the 28th of this month, got the shipping confirmation on the 29th and got the package today, the 30th. Didn't even get the "fast" shipping!!
Great deal, good prices, fast service. :thumbup::thumbup: What more could anyone want? :D
 
definitely! whenever I deal with them, they have fast service and they are always helpful.

actually just ordered some things from them a couple of days ago. stuff will be here monday!:thumbup::thumbup:
 
Knifeworks.com's customer service is great, and I've ordered from them many times.

Just one instance where an item wasn't in stock even though the shipping confirmation email indicated everything was complete. At least they didn't charge me for it and not send it. Funny thing is I didn't get an email alerting me to the out of stock item and a suggestion for an alternative...could've got them another sale. I wrote this off as a glitch.

When I ordered again recently from them and explained this rare instance, all i got back was that my present order will ship complete. No apology, no reassurance that if i order from them in the future and an item listed in stock is actually out of stock, i'll be notified by email.

I'm a stickler for good customer service and even though their prices are better, I'd rather pay more and get exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this will be my last order with knifeworks.com.
