Ironically enough, I just talked to Ashley at KW on the phone 5 minutes ago about a problem I had (problem was my fault). She answered right away, was extremely helpful, and had already been working toward fixing my problem. I had emailed them on Sunday morning and got a reply yesterday morning, emailed a follow-up yesterday and hadn't gotten a reply. That's why I decided to call today. It turns out they had already been working to fix my problem and were planning to contact me later today, just hadn't had the time to email me about it.
Don't lose faith. Definitely call if you can, but they'll fix you up.
