Knifeworks: Wow!

Hey fellas thought I'd share my results with Knifeworks.com with ya for those that are unsure about them. I made a purchase on the 29th of this month and received the product today which is the 31st (about a 2 day turn around) I'm in Denver CO and I believe their in Columbia, LA, which is pretty darn quick. As you guy's know most knives come in the manufacturer box and then the vendors shipping box, and knifeworks did an excellent job on their packing. Pretty large box with tons of popcorn which i like as I re-use these boxes for shipping my own stuff out. Anyhow, both times I've had excellent excellent transactions with them. Think I've finally found my favorite OLV :)
 
When I am not buying on the forum sales, I do all of my business with Roger - excellent service - very fast getting things shipped out.
 
One more testimonial re: Knifeworks. Very fast turn around, knives were well packed for mailing.
 
Knifeworks was the first online knife company that I ever purchased a knife from and have ordered several more since. Absolutely great service each and every time. :thumbup:

By the way IIRC they were called Bayou LaFourche Knife Works when I bought my first knives from them.
 
Very good experience with KW and Roger himself. Had an order placed for one of those Benchmade 710's in M4 but found on disability income I couldn't afford it. Sent a simple email requesting cancelation and received a very nice personal response saying "no problem, hang in there..."

When I can they will have more of my business.
 
I have ordered several items from them and had a good experience each time.
 
Their service kicks ass! I ordered 2 Shallots and an Outcast. Shipped on the 7th, received on the 9th. Can't beat that with a stick! A+ for knifeworks.com.

You do recall correctly. I bought a Kershaw Random Task from them when they were first introduced. I'm not even sure they had a web order system working back then because I distinctly remember calling to place the order. When they answered the phone they didn't say Bayou LaFourche Knifeworks, they said something that made be think they were working out of someone's service station.

I know that owner's name is Roger because when I asked about Knifeworks the guy who answered yelled "Hey Roger!" to get him on the line!

I've never had anything but great service from them.
