Just wanted to leave my feedback for knifeworks.com

After USPS lost my entire order in December, the helpful ladies at KnifeWorks got an investigation going and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I called weekly for updates and they were very eager to help and didn't seem at all like I was bugging them or calling too frequently. Once USPS had finished their investigation and issued KnifeWorks a check, KnifeWorks sent out my order again. It was sent on monday. I received it today, Thursday. Very fast shipping and great customer service :thumbup:
 
+1 Knifeworks :thumbup: Roger's ladies are the best (he's not too bad himself). They have always been helpful and underdstanding. Very knowledgeable too.
 
I'd never ordered from Knife Works until a few weeks ago and have nothing but positive things to say. Ordered on a Wednesday and even with a snowstorm, I had my knife on Monday.

I was so happy with the service, that I put in another order yesterday that shipped about three hours later... it'll probably be here tomorrow or Saturday.
 
Another great experience with Knife Works.com

I have bought 2 Izulas, RC-3, RC-4 and a BM 940 Osborne - maybe more since I just discovered this company.

I got a crappy (long story) BM940 and gave the very pleasant lady who does CS an earful about it. That was last week on Tues.

Today, 1 week later I have a brand new replacement - a perfect example of the 940 Osborne with a return shipping tag in the box.

I'm not sure if they'll charge me for the return shipping but man that's fast and they looked the knife over and sent me a beauty. They are crediting me for the return upon it's arrival.

Great company and staff, I recomend them highly! :thumbup: :thumbup:
