Knifezilla.com wire transfer help

Hello,
3 days ago i ordered a butterfly knife on knifezilla.com, but i didn't get the IBAN oder the BIC, i life in germany and do not know how i should transfer the money.

Does anyone has experience with knifezilla.com and can say me from where he got the IBAN/IBC?

yes i did, i emailed them 3 days ago. is it normal to wait so long? it is my first order on knifezilla.com
 
Questions about dealers belong in FEEDBACK, so I moved this here.

Knifezilla can be difficult to deal with, poor communications. You might want to see if some other dealer can help you.
 
I've never done a wire transfer to the United States, so unfortunately I can't offer any direct advice. However, it is my understanding that IBAN and BIC are not used there, they are more of a European thing. Somewhat different mechanism in the US, I found some mention of ABA- or FW- codes from our domestic bank websites.
 
Lol^^ when i searched for information, google said i need the IBAN etc. what a holy shit :D however, i wait for an email of knifezilla.com
 
Personally, I've only had positive experiences with knifezilla (which is part of Pioneer Valley Knife). But it's been a few years to be honest.

I do know people find the communication to be lacking at times and orders can take a while to get shipped with no communication at all.

You should probably use the phone instead of email or try another website to get your order.
 
I have had almost all positive experience with Josh. He sometimes takes days or weeks to communicate. :rolleyes: I do not think he is out to rip you off.
