Knifezilla Good experience

I purchased a Mikov auto from knifezilla.com a few weeks back. When it arrived I was unsatisfied with the grind of the knife. It appeared to bend into a banana shape instead of looking like a dagger. I contacted the good people at knifezilla and they sent me a replacement and a pre-paid shipping label to send the defective knife back.

They handle my complaint with respect and efficiancy. I will definatly do business with them again. A+
