Do you grind pretty coarsely for that long of a brew? I have switched to a finer grind with less time, but I just put it in the jar I posted before and filter it separately afterwards.Spaced on this batch of cold brew at the 36 hour mark, ended up going 44 hours. Robust, stands up to cream well.
Yes, I use the third coarsest setting on my grinder. I have a stainless filter thing that sits in a two quart mason jar, fill with grounds, pour water through to full.
