Spaced on this batch of cold brew at the 36 hour mark, ended up going 44 hours. Robust, stands up to cream well.
Do you grind pretty coarsely for that long of a brew? I have switched to a finer grind with less time, but I just put it in the jar I posted before and filter it separately afterwards.

Yes, I use the third coarsest setting on my grinder. I have a stainless filter thing that sits in a two quart mason jar, fill with grounds, pour water through to full. Just pull the filter with the grounds when it’s done.
 
Ok, I used to use a cold brew maker with a mesh filter and it left too much silt for my preference. That's why I switched to the jar and paper filter after. I also usually give it a good shake a few times throughout just to agitate everything. Not sure how much of a difference that really makes though.
