This is a forced notch knife made by Stephane Thomachot on a base of Thiernoise roquefort supplies in 12C27, blade 9.5 cm total length 20.7 cm, weight 95 gr, brass plates, g10 insert, "snakeskin gold" carbon bolsters, stabilized chestnut burl plates.
Soft rivets and pine stop.

the simplicity and beauty at the same time is nice, thanks for sharing and it brought a smile to my face to see it. Thanks. Now the other side…..please. i learned a lot from Schmalhaus that a lot of French knives use Sandvik steel. Good user steel, and different levels of the steel.
