Just ordered a bag of some Tumba Rwanda coffee today from Corvus. I’m not the biggest fan of single origin African coffees that are real fruity, they said the Tumba is a good balance tho

I prefer more caramel and chocolate notes myself. I am a big fan of the Guatemalan from this roaster, but they were all out.

Same here, I usually lean towards the South/Central Americans. Ordered a bag of Colombian single origin from Corvus as well

There’s a lot of folks here who know a lot more than me. I’ve learned a lot from people here. Hell I don’t think I knew the difference between a blend and a single origin before. Definitely glad to pass on what I’ve learned tho

I don’t know much about espresso tho or what’s good for it.
