The sumatran was mixed 50/50 with a really awesome Ethiopian Kochere, roasted to city+ in my gene cafe. The resulting cup is a nice blend of bright acidity and heavy but soft body, the sweetness is like powdered sugar with a hint of caramelized vanilla, with mild cherries and grapes for fruit overtones.

Knives = Customized benchmade 710 (M390) to have no choil and a convex grind coming to .020" before the primary edge, the other is a Busse chilies boss jack photo, with a double primary edge bevel so that when using a 21 degree primary (per side) the bevel width maintains .035" thickness from guard to tip.
