Me too! Just getting back into knives as a recreational hobby. Maserin are one of several that hit the sweet spot for me…that is, being cheap but also unwilling to buy Chinese.

I just brewed it in my De'Longhi coffee maker at home..

Oh, the knife? It's a Boker boxer. There's about 6 different versions Boker makes of this design. This is the 2022 annual damascus bog oak one. Limited to 999 I believe.
