Do you find a pinch of salt cuts the bitterness so you can make it stronger?
Lol! No. Wife was being a smart ass and said what about knives and salt? Then she placed it there.Do you find a pinch of salt cuts the bitterness so you can make it stronger?
I’ve tried it. I’ve tried adding a bit to stovetop espresso, and I’ve tried adding a little to the drip basket in our coffee pot. I can’t taste a difference but I’ve known people that swear by it. About the only thing that actually tastes less acidic to my blunted tastebuds is an overnight cold-press.Lol! No. Wife was being a smart ass and said what about knives and salt?
