Thank you! I suppose I should have mentioned that we got our power back sometime in the night. :)

I’ll keep the ice around until the wind dies down though. This probably happens at least four times each season. Sometimes it’s in-and-out as they make repairs. We have a system…block ice goes in tubs and the ‘fridge becomes an ice chest. It’s good for saving the food anyway. Cooking and heating is done with gas so keeping the food and cell service/Internet are the only things we fret about.
