Being half asleep and trying to measure coffee, yet alone get the right amount of water too early in the morning doesn’t mix well….literally. ;)
 
Okay we're back in the game.
I was out by 5, in a deer stand by 6, shivering by 7, and hands numb by 8. With a recurve, you may as well go home and make a decent cup of coffee.

That's the reason my first (and sometimes, like this morning, second) cup of coffee is easy instant. THEN I can proceed to do the hand grinding and brewing of a good cup.
