I ended up getting the Breville bambino. The main thing that sold me on it was the speed. The more expensive boiler types take like 20 min to get to heat.

I think it will be a good stepping stone to learn on. I have a manual grinder and a bottomless portafilter on the way to lvl up my shots. Also a IMS basket, scale, WDT and leveler/tamper tool too. The accessories were more than the machine!

By this time next week I'll be nerding out trying to pull the perfect shot. My milk steaming skills need work too.
