Did you ano them or torch them? Most appealing Elementum I’ve seen, great job! I just can’t see myself paying more for the scales than the actual knife. Still the overall build is affordable and great looking! Excellent job sir.

Most of my espresso machine extras came today. I'm waiting on a scale and grinder coming in the next couple of days. The coffee grinder I have now doesn't go fine enough. That should make the biggest improvement having the proper grinds for the puck. Tasting good so far!
