I’ve been building a small set of Wusthof Classics for about twelve years, but I’m cheap, and steak knives never seemed like something we “needed”. Amazon had the Epicure for what seemed like a bargain so went ahead and pulled the trigger on a set. Also fresh doughnuts from our local store.
