I'm very sensitive to caffeine. While this is a very mild flavor, it still has a bit much on the caffeine level. Usually one shot of espresso is all I can handle, so I've got some espresso pods on order. I much prefer tea, but the high stress levels at work have made me need a bit more on the caffeine front. Too much and I get a migraine though.

Oh I know. I've never really been a coffee drinker, I have a thing about bitter food/drink. Before my brother in law went sober, he was into IPA's. I'd get ones that had like 14-17% alcohol so by the time I had one I was too buzzed to taste the rest.

I would be in a bad way. I drink coffee most of the day.
 
We love coffee, mostly Espresso, we got decent espresso machine and usually my morning coffee consists of two shots
over some Irish Cream (or Bourbon) with sprinkle of good instant coffee.
I know, some guys will have heart attack just by reading it, but when I was in the OR,
I used to drink on breaks American pot-and-filter coffee with Mellow Yellow... 🤣
Espresso is nice and tasty, but in fact, American pot coffee contains larger amount of Caffeine, even doesn't taste so good as the other types... :cool::thumbsup:
