I am sorry someone poisoned Max. It is unfortunate the same cannot be done to this person or these people.

It’s happened twice about eight years ago…both times to the shepherd! Last time I went to the neighbors house at 10PM and “expressed “ my opinion of his actions! Hasn’t happened since thankfully.

Man that is terrible I’m so sorry you had to deal with that. I’m not condoning violence, but if I found out someone did that to one of my best friends. It wouldn’t end well for said person. It happened to my cousin years ago. He thinks his neighbor gave his German shepherd antifreeze or something.

That was my past and it only got me in trouble with the man, and most importantly my family. I’ve learned to use direct words while confronting someone face to face with civility! The guilty neighbor was in the city council at the time…so I told him the next meeting I’d be there to share his endangerment of my dogs! 99% of people back down in direct confrontation…but you need to be prepared for the 1% that doesn’t.

Sorry to hear that! My parents were always pretty sure that a neighbor poisoned my German Shepherd/Husky mix when I was a kid.
