I’m pretty sure it’s common for people to crap on the sidewalks down there. Also apparently legal too.

That entire street is horrible..

The irony - If a dog drops a deuce on the Blvd you can get a ticket.

If a human drops a deuce on the Blvd people just turn away and pretend it’s not there.

I’ve lived in Los Angeles since the early 80’s.. it’s definitely become worse over the past 5 years.

I dont have a pick of my pup with a knife. She’s young and curious and would probably just try to take the blade in her mouth.

But this is Scout, my mountain biking, hiking, and general outdoors companion (in training). About 6 months old at the moment. German Shorthair Pointer.
