I thought I might have taken a wrong turn with this one; but I might even do it again some time.
Knife = Southern Grind Spider Monkey, in copper.
Light = Manker TimeBack (original version), also in copper
Drink = don't judge me! Masterson's rye + Amaretto (didn't measure, but around 3:1).

Just for the record, I decided to have another a few hours later....
I liked it considerably less the second time.

From this morning (literally...it was about 11:30, and I was still awake)
The bottle speaks for itself. The knife, in case somebody doesn't recognize it, is a (CRK) large inkosi.
The light is a Convoy S2+, with 18350 insert. I've been going back and forth between acetone and metal glo, trying to lose the clear coat. (maybe I'll stop and get some "real" acetone, rather than screwing around with nail polish remover).

I think I'll have to do a side by side one night with the Town Branch and Booker's. (I also think I need to get myself back to KY, to pick up a few bottles of things I can't get here)

I love this drink!

Pour some whiskey of your liking and mix some natural honey to it.
Throw in plenty of ice and lime slices.
Top with ginger ale or ginger beer.

Curiously none of these knife/drink combo pics includes a box of Band-Aids. Am I the only one ending up with a Bloody Mary finger after mixing knives and drinks?

Love Glenmorangie. Have to admit it’s not the fanciest scotch out there but it’s still a great one. Have you had their nectar d’or? It’s my favorite to date.
