I still have 3-4 drinks (alcohol)/week...
And at least 4x 16oz cups/day of hot tea.

Any issues with altered / "leeched metal" taste? I've played with some years ago and thought it altered the flavor...but again it could have been a few drinks in and who knows...HAH!

I use the ice sphere molds (Tovolo about the size of a tennis ball) and like how it'll last several drinks, but sometimes I don't want it to dilute it.
 
I've got a set of natural/traditional stones

Never used them... In fact, this might be the first they've been out of the freezer since I got them
