Knives and Drinks!

Underrated gem from a century ago: Scotch and Milk. Shake 2oz scotch, 6oz whole milk, and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. You can swap out some of the milk for half and half if you're using low-fat (or just for fun).

Some but not all recipes call for a nutmeg sprinkle on top. While I like that on an Alexander, I prefer to let this one ride on the gentle flavoring of the scotch.
