Knives and Drinks!

I was originally thinking of picking up the Corryvreckan, and then saw this one nearby. Going by the name, it's Spectacular. I'm certainly loving the smokey nose. Tasty stuff.

DaveHS DaveHS how’s that Garrison? Never really tried anything Texas bourbons (living in Bourbon Country). I’ve been on and Old Grand Dad kick lately.
Josh, I admit to being biased because I grew up with the Garrison Bros. Was in both of their weddings. Great story on the company: Older brother Dan went and worshipped at the altar of Kentucky bourbon (he’s a Maker’s Mark devotee), then obtained the first license to make bourbon legally in Texas almost 30 years ago. The reason there is a “Texas whiskey” category now is because of everyone chasing their success with that delicious bourbon. Try the single barrel if you get a chance. Or I’ll bring you some and we can hit the Bourbon Trail

You are so lucky to live in bourbon country. I’m a huge fan of Old Grandad. The classic is such a pure bourbon profile. I also dig the 114.
