Please share where you're getting 18 year old cheddar, oldest I've had is 5 years, and the older the better, so I will need to buy some!

GreX I live in Wisconsin so there is a cheese shop not too far from me that usually has 70 or so cheeses on hand including some of these longer aged ones. I have had some 20 year but the place that makes the one I like the most only releases it every few years.

Awesome, my wife's family lives near Milwaukee, I'll have to ask them to find me some very old cheddar's

New after dinner - Fernet Vittone. Similar to Fernet Branca, less intense - and cheaper. Perhaps a watered down Fernet Branca.
