  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Aw....damn:thumbup:
Needs a lanyard hole, IMO, but I LOVE that.

Well it's official. I will be vetting a BHK pathfinder. I also hope to get myself a BRKT gunny. Any other big gear purchases will be pretty dependant on the ecconomy picking up, but if it does a ruger markII/III hunter and a compact commander 1911 will be making it's way into my stable.

Personally, I hope to cure the 'knife-buying' virus - already have too many knives, although if SR brings out the Ratmandu again, I'm toast!:(

Overall I want to focus on skills more than gear, but I've still got a list of wishes/possibilities:

The Big Things
-LRB M14 Tanker (similar to SA Scout): I've been on the waiting list since last Jan 2 and I'm getting close to the top, so I should have it this Jan/Feb

http://www.lrbarms.com/rifles1.html

-A Marlin 1895SBL in 45.-70; I don't need one, but they are very cool

Knives
-A Rat Cutlery clip point when they finally come out
-A Busse ABA (like I'll ever find one:()

Gear
-Cooke Custom Sewing 10x10 tarp
-Some add ons for my new Kifaru XRay
-A Kifaru MOLLE Express (I'm already hooked on Kifaru)

Knives:

- Spyderco Temperance 2
- Bark River Gameskeeper II
- Zero Tolerance 0121
- Any Spyderco Military "Sprint Run" of the moment
- A Busse Combat knife (as long as is not another huge chopper)

Gear:

- A new Maxpedition wallet and backpack
- Big Agnes Seedhouse 2 SL tent
- Big Agnes Hogpark sleeping bag
- Probably a new ultra-compact stove and some titanium kitchenware for camping
- SureFire M3TL and Saint Minimus

Oh yeah,. HEY GUYS! :D

a press to make flatten out round steel stock and to make some damascus billets for the shop, and a .308 bolt action for me ...

I have the Micro Wallet, how much larger is the Spartan? I don't want those huge executive wallets...

Not sure. Haven't seen them side by side. It's about average size for a wallet of its class. Maybe a little longer, though.:)

Knives: RAT RC 10 (or whatever it may be called). Maybe a Bark River Bravo 1 and Gunny.

Guns/Gear:Glock 34, Win./Marlin lever action 30/30. Misc. pouches and add ons.
