I dont have the tanto bad monkey but the drop point and have done some abusive things to it to see if it stands up like the one in SG video and have to say SG's ht on the 14c28n is pretty damn good as it has held up very well.The guy in SG's video stabbed it into a 55 gallon drum with no ill effects to the edge or tip. Just wow

I have been pretty much babying my SGs but as someone else put it, why not use and enjoy them? No one else is going to appreciate them anymore than me!

It sure is built stout and I'm sure it can handle anything just fine, I'm just not used to expensive knives and I'm still worrying about scratching them.
