I don't shoot with my pinky in the hole, my giant hands can't thumb the hammer effectively at that angle. I palm the ring and it works perfectly.

I wondered about that. I guess it could be used as a last ditch impact tool after your 5 shots run out lol

It wouldn't be very fun to get hammered with the point on that sucker. I usually carry it with a couple 22 mag birdshot in the cylinder. It's an effective tool for keeping the dogs off while out riding bicycles.

Got to put some rounds down range, trigger feels good. Sorta Glock like in comparison to the older XDs, but not as bad. Good feel and traction on the grip, but the angle is sorta more towards a Glock so I feel like I have to roll the gun over some to get the sights on target. Seems like a good alternate to the XDs in most ways.
