Taking the Kimber to the range to test what defensive ammo it will feed. Trying HST and Critical Duty to start, need to order some Underwood Extreme Defender my favorite.

This will probably be my open carry gun with the new 10 round mag.

Try the Chip McCormick RPM 10rd mags, they have rolled feed lips. I use Wilson and Tripp too, but the RPM series is my favorite.

I know it’s subjective, but after trying just about every 1911 mag under the sun, I’m at the point where I just buy Wilson Combat mags and never look back.

They have run flawlessly in every 1911 I’ve ever owned.
