I have to tell you this....that pic nearly turned into a nightmare as my knife fell on my first attempt and bounced down all the rocks on the far side.
The good thing that came out of it is that it has now put my mind at rest about D2 being really brittle,as apart from a couple of scuffs on the coating my knife was unscathed.So that's a big thumbs up to Ka-Bar and how they temper their D2,I'm sure a lot of other knives would not have been so lucky !!!!:D
 



The Brusletto is EDC. The Frosts is the permanent backup in my kit. The Corona was longer but got cut down, and is my favorite. Ontario is the new one to the family.
 
Put your Busse's away here is a proper hardcore blade with a rock all to himself.....he must be a bit shellfish !!!:D
