Once upon a time I lusted over having a custom knife and now after this

Calm down, John is a Great guy and due to a (potential) miscommunication, you take it as a person affront?
I would Hate to be a customer service rep of Any company that has to deal with this type of personality.

To any potential customers, please listen carefully.

John is a Great guy and has worked with me on a multitude of knives, and was willing to work with me through a rough financial patch.
Since I had a standing order in, I kept it there. There is no need for me to burden him with my weight.
In a world of greedy, self-centered and egotistical people, especially those who hold their product with a certain esteem, John is an exception.

Order without worry, and rest assured that You will get the knife you pictured in your head.
Check out the squirrel knife, my CBK, Toby's knife, or any of his other customs if you need more proof.

After being called out that two emails were sent and I didn't respond that upset me. I looked through all four of my email accounts including spam folders and had no email from John since September third. So someone here is lying. Don't call me out on something that never happened and I would've been a satisfied customer, but lies were said.

Heefage, glad you have had a good experience maybe I should grab some nuts and swing form them too.

That's a bad habit I have of not sending emails so I don't have to make knives. Who needs money anyway?

If just about everyone else has had a great experience with John except you, who does that look unfavorably upon?

You're right, fortunately I am not selling his wares. So don't let it reflect upon John when I say,
