Recieved my my usual 3 day order promptly. I've been ordering from them for years. I do miss their catalog that they used to send out, but on the flip side, they now have a web site. Great service, never a problem.

I still get their sales catalog. Ordered a knife from them, never got charged for it, they didn't have it in stock, I said no, I didn't wanna wait for it, and they said okay. Shame that that was a stellar example of good customer service.
