Knives similar to the Buck119

I like the 119, but not the stock sheath, easy to find better sheaths for it….

That being said, if you don’t like the pommel and handle, I suggest to start from scratch, with a fixed blade the handle is half the knife…

- what’s your budget ?
- does it need to be hollow ground ?
- you say good steel, do you want stainless ?
- do you like the large guard of the 119 or rather not ?

For example, do you like the knife on the left ?

If not, why not ? (Just trying to figure out what you are looking for)
