1. An old katana. Ok it´s not a knife, but it´s the only blade, which I can´t obtain and I want it really bad.
2. Japanese honyaki kitchen knife. One day I´ll get it and it will be the most important object of my kitchen.
3. A puukko knife made by Rannanjärvi. It´s an important piece of my nation´s knife making history
4. A Jakutian knife. It´s pretty hard to find a proper Yakutian knife outside Yakutia. Most likely I have to go to Yakutsk one day and find the knife I´looking for.
5. A traditional tanto.
6. Erik Frost No. 9-11
7. Erik Frost No. 33-38

Did I miss something important🤔

I guess the Yakutian knife blanks on brisa.fi are not the greatest?
Maybe these will do: https://siberian-forged-knives.myshopify.com/
I am also interested in getting one from somewhere.

Is the 2019 BF knife that hard to find?
It has been for me unless I want to pay $500 to $800 for one. I love the knife and would love to fill that years hole ... but I gotta pass at those prices.

25th anny crk mark IV I regretfully sold. Messaged the buyer numerous times with generous offers only to be ignored 🥲

Many times I have been checking the blades Brisa offers. They might be perfect but I rather would like to have my Yakutian knife to be made in Yakutia. I have never used these knives and don't know how it should be made.

That Siberian forge got my attention for sure. The knives are pretty expensive, but their 01 steel seems to be something I like.

"Similarly, O1 steel is even harder (C67) than SAE52100 or any stainless steels such as 154CM or ATS-34 and as a result holds its edge much better."

This is a sort of Japanese fusion puukko knife. I saw it in St. Petersburg Russia. It was the most perfect knife I've ever seen. I just couldn't justify the price for a knife, which is too expensive to be used. The blade has amazing Damascus pattern, but it’s not visible in this pic.

Plague Doctor Spartan Harsey Folder. I really want one for the collection as a 2020 souvenir, but they were gone by the time I realized that I did in fact want one. Holding out some slim hope because Spartan is behind in production and still delivering 2020 models to dealers for backorder fulfillment, but it's not looking good...
Knifecenter has preorders up for this edition. Shipping in July hopefully. I preorderd one and also have my name on some email alerts @ other vendors too. I want this knife badly as well.....

Well, the knives I cannot get are either out of production or are not built.

I'll start with Becker:

BK2 with an 8" long blade - well, never built, would be grail
BK16 saber grind - discoed and understandably rare
BK14 with a slightly longer handle - never built, would be grail - workarounds possible

Folders: (Due to the German Knife Laws)

One handed opening SAK slipjoints - never built
Spyderco Saber ground Delica Slipjoint - Beautiful knife with great ergos and whittles like a champ, but slipjoint not available (And I understand that fully - Got the UKPK, and its a good one, but the Delica is better )

An MT Socom Elite manual is the only knife on my list right now.. I run into the plain Jane versions that I don’t want or people scalping, or they get snatched in a second.

i just want to try it out gheeesh

A Randall model 18 with a model 15/14 blade. I heard that there were maybe about a dozen made.

Something from the Grahamsville Knife Company. They were only around for about a year (back in the 1880's), and burned down...
...only two houses up the road from me.
