Hey now:

I am unsure if any of you good people have run across this site, but I wanted to warn you that Jason, who is apparently the owner of this shoddy operation is one person to steer way clear of....

I have been contacted by a long time client and he recently informed me that he had ordered 10 Smith & Wesson knives, paid up front for them, and is getting the Royal Run Around, trying to get either his knives that he paid for, or his money refunded...... This client also told me that he has even contacted Jason by email with no replys and also by telephone, only to have him hang up on him once he did...He has heard all kinds of different stories, none of them jive and none of the excuses are panning out, and he is still left holding the old bag......

My friend and client is a blue collar man, and works hard for his money like most do, and is extremely upset about how he is being treated over this whole matter....... I told him that I would make others aware, who may fall into a similar situation.........I also have to ad, that I had one, and only one dealing with this dude Jason, and that was plenty for me.......very shoddy operation, extremely poor customer relations, and also very hard to get a response from via email or telephone......so my suggestion would be to stay completely clear of this guy.....It's just not worth it with this dealer......:thumbdn::mad: :thumbdn::mad: :thumbdn::mad: :thumbdn:  :thumbdn:

We have a subforum here strictly devoted to posting vendor experiences...it's in the Exchange section and is called "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".

One of the mods will be moving this thread there.

Thanks for the info. Did your friend use a credit card to make the purchase? If so, he should dispute the charges with the credit card company.

I know it's cheaper to buy stuff online, but problems like these make it hard to trust people sometimes.

Oh, by the way, I gave away all of my S&W knives because of their shoddy quality.

Good luck to your friend.

I'll move the thread to the appropriate forum, but why don't you tell your friend to come here and tell us about it directly? As it is this is more like rumor than evidence....

I just sent this page to the gent that I am referring too, inviting him to register and join........I trust this guy, and if he tells me something it is usually gospel......so hopefully he can figure the process out, and join......he unfortunately is not too computer savvy.......

Thx for moving this to the appropriate thread, and once again my apologies for putting it where it was...

So someone told you someone else is a skunk. You publish this hearsay on a public forum. Your stated aim is to steer business away from (AKA damage the business of) said skunk.

Buddy, for your sake, you better be right.

It would be too bad if this website turns out to not be a good place to shop. It looks like a virtual paradise for the mall ninja.
