Derrick has been outstanding to deal with. After the USPS delivered a Sebenza whose entire packaging was saturated with water, sealed inside one of those annoying "We're sorry we cocked up your mail" plastic bags, I was a little apprehensive about opening it. I don't know what they did to the package, but it was literally dripping water when I removed it from the bag. The blade had rust on it. The supervisor on duty at the PO took some pictures of it, told me to contact the seller and ask about insurance.
So I called Derrick, who had his hands full and still took time to talk to me about it. He told me to ship it back and that he'd get another one out to me so I didn't have to mess around with the post office. I sent the knife back Monday morning, and the replacement arrived today (Wednesday). He didn't even wait for the knife that the post office messed up to get back to him before sending out my new knife!
