Knob Creek Spring 2015 Sneak Peek!!!!!! (Page 4)

The recurves look like they could be some fun choppers to play with. Looks like they must have emptied the shop of all the protos for the show. Now to save up for Blade and see what insanity gets offered up this year.

I enjoyed taking my younger son to the hog pit last night to help pick out a knife for his older brother, who is an Army 68W that goes off May 11. He is going to love his new Infi Ratmandu and I know it will serve him well as he is serving his country.

Thanks everyone for the warmth and friendship displayed. It was a great event. Today we are off to the KC gun show and then back home to Nashville to spend some time at the NRA convention. This is a great weekend to bring out the redneck in me.

Great story, thanks. That was a great pick he made, as there were only two INFIdus at the show. Best to your soldier.

Thanks for the pix, Eric! Love that G-Rex ironwood looking handled SOB. :)
So... Who got the Gladius XXL?

The curved plunge line looks sweet!!

I think this one may make a great candidate for 2 toning. Sand and polish the bevels but keeping the flats coated. Like i did on my chopweiler. Reduce friction when cutting, but really i just like how it looks LMAO

Fo sho mang. Hope someday you get to experience for yourself. Though I was VERY last in line due to the sabotaged lotto (jkjk), on my bday taboot, I was still able to score more then I should of : p it was sick
What an awesome way to spend your birthday! Happy Birthday Eric :)

And seriously man, a HUGE thanks for posting so many pics and all the information...between the other Hogs battling for blades and all the other chaos that comes with being at a show, it must be tough taking quality pics at the same time, so yea man, thanks for sharing the experience with us here :)

Also, as sombeone who you have proxied a blade for, thanks and big respect to you (and to everyone who proxies at shows!) for your willingness to hook people up that way...just wanted to throw out appreciation from myself and on behalf of everyone that you have proxied for over the years.

It's that kind of awesomeness from members that makes the Busse forum one of the best communities on the web :)

Thanks for the kind words my friend! Its my pleasure. Joys me to know some enjoy. Cheers
Eric

Love those Sar 3 variants you got, the 7" Rat prototypes and the Busse variant with the tan War Dog handle...sweet steel!!

*Phew*

This was my first my First Pre-KC event, and I don't think that I was mentally prepared for the trough!

In all honesty, everyone was as cool and willing to help as I could've asked for. I did manage to get lucky in the early game and walked out with what I wanted.

Thanks to Deric, Resinguy, M67, Roenman, and Gleason and they whole Busse Crew for making it a memorable event for myself and Mrs. Nakago. Special thanks to one hog (whom I didn't catch his forum name) that graciously came off a Pork Shank that I had to have!

See you guys at Blade!

I overheard the guy who had the pork shank first saying he's glad that you have it now and that's the way this Busse family thing should work! hats off to him. it was really cool to hear him say that.

Im still not sure if Frank believes me that I wasn't trying to steal his skinny ash! Lol

Good to meet you and your wife. Your Hog benefactor was Frank B., AKA gpb here. He did me a solid, as well, grabbing up the DCBB ASHBM.
