Victorinox has a lifetime no nonsense warranty. If anythng breaks or fails, send it in and it gets fixed or replaced. No problem.

Cold Steel is a one year warranty

Cold Steel's warranty no longer includes fixed amounts of time like it used to (5yrs for fixed, 1yr for folders). They've changed it to a limited lifetime on all items as far as I can see. :thumbup:

Hmm, I did not know that. Their website still shows the time limits.

Yeah, if you go to their FAQ section it still has that info, but their main warranty page and the warranty paragraph in their new paper catalogs no longer contain those restrictions. :thumbup:
