Hello my dear friends,
With God's good will today i present you 'Koi' chef knife - a sleek design with an unique appearance.
The blades are made using 12c27 stainless steel ingots at +/- 59 hrc and are hand sanded to a very thin and light profile.
For the handle main body i used some gorgeous pieces of spalted and dyed stabilized wood in warm tones that nicely match the knife theme while for the bolsters i used white corian that was engraved and stained with Koi carp motifs ; the bolster pockets are milled. Fittings are solid brass.

The price is only 155 usd/piece (shipping included for non distal locations) + PayPal taxes
