Only Gold Members can post in this forum. Registered users can't. Which means coldcase needs to update his User Group in his User CP before his thread gets locked.

Click on his name and you will find he has private messages enabled, so he has to be a paid member. If he rejoined after his previous Gold expired, he would have had to go to User CP, etc. which seems to be the case.
