This is a big:thumbup:to cold steel for their customer service. I have a bushman that has yet been beaten up. For some reason, the top of the tube sheath(old style) had started to rip apart at the upper seams. I e-mailed cold steel with my problem and they sent me out the new bushman survival sheath. I was told that they usually don't replace things unless you send the damaged one back. I took several pictures of the damaged sheath and sent them in. Almost immediately, they e-mailed me back and got my shipping info and sent it right out. Cold Steel, you rock
