I recently bought one of those Kershaw T-Tools and got the bits stuck inside the tool.
This was 100% my own fault, I was stupid enough to put two bits in there facing each other, and they got wedged into the tool and was stuck.
I emailed Kershaw to ask if they had any good ideas on how to get them out, and they offered to send me a new tool.
Thats pretty stand up in my book, so thought I would spread the love.
