I was looking for a good LED light, & found one that I liked
at KnifesShipFree (ITP E50T) 230 lumens for under 50 bucks.
My Wife said She wanted to buy it for me for Father's Day,
so it was ordered this past Friday. Going by the tracking
number it was delivered on Monday(Fast Shipping). Only it
never made it to my house. We were out of town for a few
days, so our mail was held at the local Post office. I sent
a email to Derrick & to the Post Office. The Post Office
replied with a small questionaire. They wanted to know if
I thought it was foul play. Dunno, I just know it didn't
make it to my house. I called Derrick this morning, & He
said a new one will be shipped. Hats off to ya Derrick,
thats very cool. I asked Him what I should do if I get a
check or something from the Post Office, He said "Frame It,
cause it ain't gonna happen" lol..

Thats just DAMN good business, & you can bet I'll be
a returning customer.

Yup, Derrick rocks.

Thanks for posting this, so often we only hear about the bad and never the good.

I'm going to leave this here for a few days and then move it to GB&U. Not that you posted it in the wrong area but thats where people go when they're looking for a reputable dealer.
 
Derrick never seams to amaze me. Stories of him going above and beyond great service are a common sight in the knife community.

He gets all my money and I don't see that changing anytime soon!
 
Derrick has been outstanding! I've bought a BUNCH of knives from him (more to come), and he can be trusted to shoot straight and level.
