Hey guys! It's been awhile, but I finally made a few kitchen knives for sale.
The first one is made from Swedish saw steel (Uddeholm 15n20).
It has Kurouchi finish flats for a nice food release and is ground to a near zero edge before sharpening. The spine and choil are nicely rounded for a comfortable pinch grip.
The handle is some Gorgeous and extremely durable Arizona Desert Ironwood and has carbon fiber pins. It is nicely sculpted for a great in hand feel.
Here are the specs.
OAL - 10.7"
Blade - 6.25" tip to handle
Steel - .089" Uddeholm 15n20 saw steel
Handle - Arizona Desert Ironwood
Comes in Zippered case
Price - SOLD $500 shipped in the US
Paypal, credit card or Postal money order
