I might mover the point up a little and put a little less contour in the handle, BUT, you kind of kicked my CB's butt with the Kat knife, so I guess you might not want to listen to me.:D

Keep thinking this stuff up. I get more use out of my smaller knives than my bigger knives.
 
Neat concept. The handle contours are definitely a bit much for me, but it's not my knife so take that as you will. The blade shape isn't bad, but I'd prefer to go the way of either a spearpoint or wharncliffe.

Sometime down the road I may pick up a knifeof these sort of dimensions, they're great for carrying around town. They're just great utility blades, as others have said. Right now my RAT Izula prototype fills that duty well enough, but I think something like this with some classy handles (ironwood, cocobolo, etc.) would be nice.
 
Thanks alot everyone for your input. I am reading each suggestion and trying to keep an open mind about what a good knife should be. Especially since you guys probably know better than I do...
