Ladysmith Collaboration: Warenski, Dellana, Draper, Horne, DesRosiers

Fantastic!

Your husband must have lived a good life prior to this one, to have enough karma to meet and marry some one who is as talented, and lovely, and also makes great knives!

What a nice group effort !!

Audra and others ! Please try to be a bit safer ! Long hair will catch on fire or catch on machinery very easily !! It's even been fatal .

Amazing concept, brilliant execution, and stunning final masterpiece. You all rock! Thanks for sharing this Haley.

Such a wonderful story and project with a really great final product , thanks for the inside look Haley

As usual I'm so impressed with the encouragement and support from the knife community. The auction went live last night and we've already met our reserve bid! A big Thankyou to everyone sharing the FB page, keep up the good work. I talked to Dellana this morning and we're excited to see where this goes in the next couple months! Working on this knife with these women has been incredibly humbling for a newer maker. It's the stuff bucket lists are made of. I was really fretting the responsibility of promoting and selling this piece but you all are making it easy for me. Again thanks and do stop by to see it in person at BLADE!

My ladies this knife did not of equal beauty as yours , congrats it 's marvelous .

Beautiful piece! Congratulations to the team.

I love these projects as they are so beneficial for both presenting our knife community in a positive light and to the worthwhile causes/organizations they raise money for.

Thanks for sharing this with all of us Haley and a big congrats to all the women involved. Lovely knife!

Haley,

The blade and workmanship are inspired--the feminine flair so pleasing and so subtly unique. The cause is also inspiring and for me increases the knife's value. I'm not on Facebook but would like to know more about how the sale is being conducted; sent you an email and PM.

By the way, yours are among the most well-written and engaging posts I've read in 15 years on the forums, and your storytelling skills displayed in this thread are a delight. I suspect a professional background there--if not, you could certainly make a living with your style and polish in words, as a complement to your stylish, polished expressions in steel. Very engaging read!

Thanks for sharing this,

Will

(Sent you a PM and email)
